Job Description
- Accurately create export booking to match with customer’s requirements within KPI. Timely update the necessary info to all related parties e.g. operation team, depot, document team to ensure smooth service. Provide alternative solution to customer to maximize JJT loading rate and profit.
- Accurately and Timely update systems under team’s responsible e.g. vessel schedule, Line Official Account and etc.
- Timely and accurately create reports assigned by company e.g. Daily Booking Forecast, VGM, Demurrage& Detention and etc.
- Inform Document team (and/or other parties - if any) to issue the invoice if any extra charges exist i.e. cancellation fee, container repairing fee and etc.
- Understand the business and the needs of customers. Be able to timely handle customer’s enquiries, problems with proper business manner to maximize customer’s satisfaction level.
- Proactively & professionally works with internal & external parties to meet company target
- Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirement - Any gender, age 25 - 35 years - Bachelor in any related field - At least 1 years expereinces in Customer Service (import-export) - Have expereinces in logistics or freight forwarder - Can communicate in English - Willing to learn new things, being patient, responsible and hard-working 2.
