- Planning marketing plan and strategic planning for company products and all brands
- Marketing, education, sales, promotion and event budgeting control and minimize costs for costs effectiveness
-Implementation and execution for effective marketing plan and direction
-In cooperate with sales team in order to conduct sales planning, target setting by channels , effective promotion for below the line
-evaluation marketing plan and sales performances including review all activities base on quarterly
-Monitoring sales volume both in number amount of money, and amount of bottles, analysis sales # including seasonal for use all information to improve marketing plan and strategies
-Handling marketing analysis and report report for management to do decision making
-Creating PR policy for marketing above the line in order to create brand awareness for all brands and create brands recognition
-Seeking new potential channels and new target market for opportunity to increase sales volumes of all brands
-Overseeing and supervising overall teams including educator, marketing team and sales team both BKK and upcountry, booth promotion, central rama3 , call centers following by marketing and sales plan
-Conducting CRM plan, events and monitoring team for follow plan
-PR Plan and creating relationship with all media
-Ad hoc projects as MD and CEO assignment

1. Thai national, age 30-40 years 2. Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or realted field 3. At least 5 years experience in sales and marketing of salons or consumer products. in professional hair care products an advantage 4. Decision making and supervisory skills at a management level 5. Strong command of writen and spoken English and Thai 6. Hands-on computur literacy in Ms Office, and internet 7. Interpersonal skill and team plyers, able to work independently 8. Able to travel up-country and aboard
