Deliver result based on received target
Customer Relationship Management and channel sales management. Sell to and maintain contact with major accounts; promotes positive relations with outlets and distributors in up country. Establish and maintain on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
Provides timely, accurate information on competitor pricing, activities & proactive strategy to react & response properly, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Plan, organize, and implement a range of sales promotion programs and/or events with customers in assigned area.
Accountable for 24 months rolling demand forecasting in responsible areas
Manage stock at point of sales to ensure product availability, varieties and FIFO arrangement
Manage and supervises Dealer sales representative in creating new ideas to increase sales and expand new markets and new customers at least 2-3 new accounts on monthly basis in order to achieving and surpassing sales target.
Keep Updating NSM on the movement or work progress by weekly and monthly report.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
Performs job-related duties as assigned

1. Male or Female, age 27-32 years old. 2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields 3. At least 2 -3 years experience in Sales position, Trade marketing or food service business. Some experience in hospitality business would be an advantage. 4. Be able to travel or based at upcountry (North East)
