ลักษณะงาน
1. Coordinate with farm executive to ensure that all field preparations are done on time; coordinate with Seed Stock in seed preparation to ensure that seeds are prepared on time and correct seed inventory are grounded
2. Follow the SOP.
3. Manage the workers' day-to-day activities; ensure that field management activities on schedule.
4. Assist the associate in managing the workers during data gathering; collect quantitative and qualitative trait data.
5. Manage workers during pollination; pollinate development crosses.
6. Manage workers during harvesting and post-harvesting process (e.g. drying, shelling, weighing inventory, etc...)
7. Observe, enforce QESH procedure, join required training, comply ESH goal and follow assigned PPE matrix.
8. Assist associate in managing intern's weekly activity.
9. Follow SOPs relevant to corn breeding operations
10. Ensure that selected ears are in the inventory (shelled, weighed, stored)
11. Operate workers and follow the plan.
12. Report LDB activity weekly to associate.
