Responsibilities:
HRM & Recruitment
Oversee all HR functions and ensure that all HR processes are complied with Corporate Policies.
To ensure that human resources system, policies and procedures are aligned with business strategies and organization direction.
Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and appraisals.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, systems and processes.
Provide advice to the Managing Director and department managers regarding human resources functions and Labor Protection Law.
Prepare and manage budgets of HR department.
Handle additional responsibilities as required
HRD
Driving training & development strategies
Initiating, developing, monitoring Talent Management Program
Responsible for career development plan to establish career ladder for employee at all levels
Working closely with every department to obtain training & development needs
Learning & Development Platform to enhance individual employee competency and performance
Keeping up to date with training and development tools and techniques

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher in any Management/Administration, field or related field
At least 6-10 year experience in HR Function.
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Good knowledge in HR Function.
High responsibility, reliable and able to work under pressure
Good command of written and spoken in English
