ลักษณะงาน Roles and Responsibilities
Execution & timely reporting of product development trial plans
o Testing network management e.g. Field & Farmer selection
o Trial establishment & Management ensuring compliance
o Data collection, analysis & Reporting in System

Sales/Marketing support
o Training to sales/Key dealers to enable them to successfully execute field plots, Product Feature, Advantage, Benefit (FAB), Grower recommendations & complaint management
o Provide market information segments, competitive intelligence
o Anticipate changes, Identifying business opportunities & develop solutions
o Developing a strong network with the local scientific community & other stakeholders to anticipate & ensure support on various technical issues like Insect Resistant Management (IRM), Weed Resistant Management (WRM) & technology and also to keep track of the latest trends in the industry.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. College / University graduate. Bachelors Qualification, preferably Agriculture, Agribusiness or Business
2. Computer literate & Communicative English
3. Current drivers licence, and ability to travel
4. Analytical, results-oriented, pro-active, and creative with strong sense of urgency and business sense.
