- Maintain and drive team to achieve the KPI.
- Support team to drive projects as plan.
- Be the contact person for any issues impacted to Call Center
- Analyze reports and resolve customer problem
- Assist team and maintain team performance
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields 2. Female or Male, Thai nationality 3. 3-5 years of experiences in customer service, contact center environment, experience in e-commerce is an advantage 4. Good command of spoken and written English 5. Quick learner, analytic and logical thinking and problem solving skills are needed 6. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines 7. Highly energetic, self-motivated and positive working attitude 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software application
