ลักษณะงาน
1. To participate and prepare Hybrid Production Plan to meet the target with Seed Supply Lead.
2. To revise, approve and control Hybrid Production Planting Plan to meet Hybrid Production Plan with Field Production Supervisor and Field Production Support Supervisor.
3. To revise, approve and control Raw Materials Master Plan to meet the Hybrid Production Planting Plan with Field Production Supervisor and Field Production Support Supervisor.
4. To manage and control Field Production Supervisor, Field Production Support Supervisor and Field Production Data Technician to follow seed operation procedures, Raw Material Supply Distribution-Return and Purchase Ear corn Procedure work instructions.
5. To coordinate with internal and external customers.
6. To consider and provide new technique to improve volume and quality standard with Field Production Supervisor, Field Production Support Supervisor and Field Production Data Technician.
7. To control all Field Production Staffs to comply with company policy and make decision to consider the violation for employee who did not follow policy with the fair judgment under the labor law.
8. To motivate and coach Field Production Supervisor, Field Production Support Supervisor and Field Production Data Technician.
9. To manage and control budget.
10. To reinforce, support and control all Field Production Staffs follow all company systems to meet company goals.
11. To provide, support and control Field Production Staffs Training Plan with Field Production Supervisor, Field Production Support Supervisor, Field Production Data Technician and Human Resources Manager.
12. To provide and support employee benefits and welfares.
13. To do the other job follow the company and Seed Supply Lead assigned.

1. Female/Male above 30 years old. 2. Bachelor degree or higher in Agricultural or other related field. 3. Able to travel and work in upcountry region.
