- Providing training and consulting support to employees at all level.
- Coordinates all training in the hotel.
- Work closely with HR teams to ensure successful implementation of the skill development project.
- Cooperate and sharing experience/knowledge in the field with other department.
- Work closely with all other departments to develop and implement training program.
