ลักษณะงาน - Plan, prioritize, supervise, review with appropriate management and establish schedules for seed blending,
Packing for export and processing related.

- Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures (ISO 9001:2008)

- Establish to be certified OHSAS18001 standard in year 2015 for Khonkaen plant

- Responsible for the product quality control for the plant operation

- Data supporting, Weekly & Monthly report to supervisor upon request.

- Improve manpower and processes utilization. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies.

- Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance

- Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules

- Perform training sessions to worker and ensure on understanding for comply with company standard

- Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.

- Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansion.

- Coordinate construction projects, remodels, and other special projects.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Knowledge of manufacturing processing production.
2. Bachelor degree Engineering or relevant.
3. Computer skill (MS Office, SAP)
4. English skill (Written and verbal communication)
5. Experience with repairs and maintenance of processing equipment.
6. Car driving skill.
