ลักษณะงาน
1. Ensure purchasing processes for local order run smoothly, correctly and effectively.
2. Coordinate with Procurement team and vendors to ensure that Breeding team receive goods in time and correct.
3. Issue PR for Breeding team orders or sharing order from other function.
4. Coordinate with Breeding team and HR team to collect and check all support documents that related to Breeding team employee. (Overtime, leave, outside station work, employee list, time attendance and etc.)
5. Ensure that time attendant report and OT report are correct before submit to HR department.
6. Collect data for expense report. (PR/PO no., PR/PO date, delivery date, payment date and etc.)
7. Monitoring monthly forecast in part of following up and collecting each month spending order and documents.
8. Update breeding asset layout. (Asset no., description, location and picture)
9. Coordinate with Finance team and Breeding team for asset tag to make sure that every asset has asset tag either CAPEX or Non-CAPEX asset.
10. Monitor, control, and update Breeding team supplies and PPE supplies in Breeding team’s stock to make sure that we have enough supplies to operate smoothly.
11. Coordinate with Finance team and Breeding team or vendor to make sure they get the payment on time.
12. Arrange for hotel booking, transportation and meeting for breeding team and visitor.
