ลักษณะงาน
Job Purpose/Goal:
Serve customer by greeting, answering inquiries and determining requirements over the telephone and/or E-mail to fulfill requests and resolve problems inbound calls.
Job Duties and description:
• Take inbound calls with efficiently service global standard of transcosmos company
• Answer questions about the product details, the company and other issue with account for the customers
• Delivers scripted or non-scripted message to customers via telephone during designated hours
• Provides accurate information and instruction to customers in accordance with guidelines
• Maintains a high level of service with customers and meets performance targets
• Develops and maintains productive working relationship with team members
• Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male/Female, age not over 35 years old 2. Thai nationality only 3. Vocational or Bachelor degree in any field 4. Be honest, service mind and good personality 5. Good command in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing skill) 6. Good command in computer skill, microsoft office 7. Able to work good communication
