ลักษณะงาน
•Collaborate with sale,Marketing,Forecaster to contribute market/customer insight by providing the most accurate and timely demand plan
•Collaborate with relate field to ensure stock is available and sufficient for promotion, launch plan.
•Make recommended adjustments to for cast based on changes in demand, accurate scenarios and market trends as well as recommend mitigating actions for out of stock situations or shortage of supply issues.
•Participate and execute regional S&OP process by analyzing gap and improve continuously.
•Develop reports concerning demand planning to align with business requirement.
•Plans, initiates and maintain a replenishment process that establishes and achieves the least total cost, best quantity and timely delivery to meet the facility and customer needs.
•Timely, accurately deliver transfer order (TRN) as per schedule.
•Proactively contribute effective communication and actively challenge team with fast respond to operation to improve supply accuracy up to target level an achieve sales target.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male or Female ,Age 30-35 2. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics management, Supply Chain or related field. 3. Experience at least 5 years of prior supply chain and in depth understanding of supply base utilization 4. Good command of both Thai and English and proficient in MS office. 5. Excellent communicate, negotiation and analytical skill. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbal and in writing with all levels within all business function. 6. Good analytical skill approaches to problem solving and team building. 7. Quick learner, willing to work with team under pressure and business dynamic change.
