1. Secondary education or equivalent and above 2. 3-5 years experience or above 3. Mature with initiative and patience to serve customer over the phone 4. Effective communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels 5. Able to work under pressure and adapt to changes at short notices 6. Good team player and high team commitment 7. Good command of written and spoken English (preferable) 8. New Graduated are welcome!!!!!!

Working hours: 44 hours per week (5 to 5.5 days per week)
Overtime working is required upon operations need
Working days: Monday – Saturday and public holidays
Operation hours: 8 am – 10 pm (Monday – Friday)
8 am – 5 pm (Saturday and public holidays)
Working roster: Shift Pattern (Adjustable)
