ลักษณะงาน
• Managing the payroll process including checking on Time attendance
• Managing the recruit process including staff status either new join/resign/terminated and Evaluation etc.
• Managing employee relations and staff welfare issues.
• Ensuring the accuracy of relevant Government reports such as Social Security, Workmen Compensation and others.
• Provide employee services for personal and confidential information upon request, such as Bank Certificate, Visa Letter, work permit etc.
• Ensuring HR services and solutions are delivered with the “right quality” at the “right cost” and on the “right time”
• Assist in the resolution of disciplinary or grievance case.
• Organizing and facilitating employee activities.
• Support other HR and administration task as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology or related field. 2. Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience in HR Management, Compensation & Benefits and HR Shared Service. 3. Proactive, Initiative, good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills. 4. Possess “can do” attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results. 5. Strong leadership skills, communication skills and strategic planning skills 6. Good command of both spoken & written English. 7. Computer-literate & have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel / Words / PowerPoint. Literacy in using Internet Explorer and other social media applications is a plus. 8. Excellent facilitation and communication skills 9. Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, with strong group dynamics awareness and collaboration skills
