ลักษณะงาน
1.Manage the day-to-day running of production process in all types of manufacturing operations.Ensure the production line is running smoothly and all staffs are meeting their production targets.
2.Supervise operators and control production process by scheduling for operators, distributing the work orders, monitoring production performance, providing hands on and support to operators, organizing routines and ensure that the machineries are maintained with proper calibration and maintenance programs.
3.Supervise production staff to achieve good production performance.Lead, initiate and direct the training and development plans of all operation.
4.Manage production staffs and activities by monitoring and analyzing production key performance indicators (KPI ) to ensure the effective operation towards company strategy and seek for any improvements.
5.Working in daytime and shift if it is required base on production situation
6.Coordinate with sale team to trial and launch new products.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Printing, Engineering or related 2. 2-7 year experiences in Process Engineer,Production Supervisor and / or production management in packaging industries. 3. Experienced in gravure printing process with good technical skills 4. Experienced in digital printing is advantage 5. Good problem solving and People Management 6. Proactive/Strong leadership and discipline 7. Not colorblind
