ลักษณะงาน The Senior Sourcing Engineers reports directly to Regional Sourcing Director APAC. The office is located near BTS, Chatuchak station.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translation of product specifications and control plans
Sourcing mainly international new suppliers
- Ensuring that vendors understand and comply with specifications and control plans
- Securing product launches and efficient production by on-site support including in-line inspections and efficiency improvement
- Product and packaging improvements, customer feedback, claims
- Regular and frequent follow up meetings with Business
- Analyst on New Product Development Project
- Train suppliers and organization on new requirements, corporate Quality standards, customer experienced quality
- Suggest improvement to new and existing products to improve quality, save cost or increase efficiency
- Supporting virtual material area team and contributing in material area specific matrix team in Sourcing office
- As Senior Sourcing Engineer, coaching junior Sourcing
- Engineers in completing high quality NPD projects
- Share information with the global team on new technology, new materials and manufacturing setup

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelor’s / Master Degree in Engineering preferred but not mandatory
2. Over 10 years of sourcing experience in multinational retailer or regional sourcing office preferred
3. 3-5 years of regional sourcing senior management experience in a sizable company
4. Strategic supplier management and Category management experience
5. Very good command in English
6. Self-initiate, systematic, multi-tasks
