• Develop and implement for HR strategy in line with the business plan and analyst organization development strategy to align with business goals
• Lead the creation and design organization development initiative such as
o Core values
o Competency Development
o Performance Management System
o Leadership development
o Career Development
o Talent and succession planning
o Employee engagement
• Set up annual training plans and Conduct training needs analysis with input from business heads
• Developing people in a cross-cultural setting and initiating and implementing organizational change
• Contributes to HR team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Law, Political Science, Human Resource Management or a related field. Or Master's degree with a specialization in HR Management. 2. At least 5 years of experience in HR function HRD, HRM or related fields in Factory 3. Strong team management with good interpersonal skill 4. Strong Visionary and Strategic thinking 5. Results oriented 6. Good analytical and problem solving skills 7. Good English
