ลักษณะงาน
• Ensure operational performance by driving incident, issue and outage management, investigation and restoration. Also, monitoring system and trends and prevent occurrence of incidents, problems and errors.
• Schedule, track and facilitate acceptance of changes and operate Technology production/ test services to be in accordance with Service level agreement
• Ensure production systems and devices are online and available 7x24x365
• Coordinate and communicate with relevant personnel (e.g. Programmers, Systems Contractors) on job triggering, job dependencies, job requirements, job schedules and job overrides
• Assist in Problem Management activities to minimize the impact during application outages or production incidents
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in mainframe environment 3. Possess strong understanding of Mainframe concepts such as LPAR Server (LPARs), Batching and Processing 4. Experienced in Mainframe, Cobol, CICS, VSAM, JCL and SQL 5. Experienced in batch processing and job abend resolution
