ลักษณะงาน -Responsible for the overall efficiency of the Restaurant.
-Supervise the activities of the assistants, captains, waiters, trainees, and hostesses.
-Perform other duties as given by the Food & Beverage Manager.
-Responsible for training and development of staff.
-Co-ordinate with Maintenance concerning technical problem in his respective outlet.
-Ensure overall operational efficiency at assigned F & B outlet.
-Ensure compliance with set service standard according to guidelines established by management for the outlet.
-Perform monthly stock-taking of inventories.
-Oversee the setting up of seating arrangement, setting up tables, carvings from wagons, and presentation in cooking.
-Deal with guest on special requirement for special occasions.
-Ensure overall cleanliness including furniture & fixture within the outlet, working area, personal hygiene of staff, etc.
-Oversee functioning of the section and report on deficiencies or breakage of operational equipment.
-Schedule dining reservations and develop guest relations.
-Greet and seat guests, advise guest on the selection of food and beverage items as requested and resolve guest complaints.
-Submit various reports as required by management.
-Provide direction, advice, assistance, and guidance to staff.
-Oversee the scheduling of duty rosters or allocate staff, and schedule holiday of section's staff.
-Select new employees, oversee on-the-job training for staff, evaluate their performance, report on their progress, provide recommendation on staff movement as required, and authorize overtime.
-Ensure compliance with internal regulations and house rules, discipline staff as required, and resolve problems referred.
-Delegate specific responsibility along with proper authority to subordinates but to be always accountable to Operation Manager for their actions.
-Conduct a daily staff meeting before service.
-To be willing to attend training courses and department meetings as required.
-In case of any irregularity, he will inform his supervisor immediately.
-Ensure consistent collaboration with the kitchen.
-To provide back-up for the Assistants and perform other relative duties as assigned.
-Encourage staff to give their support at all time.
-To be responsible for overall appearance, tidiness and cleanliness of assigned staff and discipline them as required.
-Other duties as assigned.
