ลักษณะงาน
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for translating the business plan into purchasing and service requirements of the restaurant and plans and executes their acquisition, storage and issuance.
-Coordinates functions and activities with other department heads as appropriate. Interacts with Sales Mark and other vendors for acquisition of materials.
-Translate operating forecasts into material requirement plans and thereby determines standard stock and reorder levels with Department heads and Management.
-Participate in negotiation for service contracts.
-Identify and develops reliable sources of supply.
-Identify and organizes adequate storage for all perpetual inventory items.
-Establishes adequate record keeping and issuance procedures.
-Protect inventories from waste, spoilage.
-Keep abreast of the marketplace as to innovation and value.
-Conduct such functions as interviewing, hiring, orientation, performance appraisal, coaching, counseling and suspending in necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
-Ensure that market surveys are completed in coordination with the Executive Chef, F & B Manager and Cost Controller.
-Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
-Other duties as assigned.
