ลักษณะงาน • Analyzes portfolio performance and recommends mortgage strategies to drive business growth and securing current portfolio to support long-term profitability goals
• Balance portfolio quality and profitability by ensuring that credit cost and existing portfolio generate profit as per plan
• Reduce portfolio runoff rate with deep dive analysis
• Ensure that all business actions and policies comply with BOT Regulations and collaborate with all related departments to rectify any discrepancies
• Revamp retention process to increase productivity
• Review portfolio financial metrics and budget
• Provide data insight to mortgage business and portfolio management function
• Systematically organize mortgage reports

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related fields
2. 5 years of professional experience in Data Management and analysis
3. Good analytical skills able to work under high pressure
