ลักษณะงาน - Produce events from the preplanning stages to post-analysis and ensure that all delivering events exceed expectations within time frames and budget
- Ensure to meet up all Event Organizers, VIPs or PCO’s upon arrival or during the course of the event to discuss and find opportunities to enhance their experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensures billing accuracy and conducts bill reviews with the clients prior to processing the final bill.
- Solicits feedback from the property departments and customer to identify areas for improvement to enhance
the Event Planner’s experience and emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and
focuses on continuous improvement.
- Delivers excellent customer service throughout the customer experience and encourages the same from other
employees
- Coordinates and communicates event details both verbally and in writing to the customer and property
operations
- Works to continually improve customer service by integrating obtained feedback and personal judgment into
action plans.
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently and being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish
- Ability in identifying operational challenges associated with his/her group and determines how to best work with the property staff and customer to solve these challenges\ and/or develop alternative solutions.
- Able to generate reports and an analysis to identify challenges associated with his/her group and works with the property staff and customer to solve these challenges and/or develop alternative solutions.
- Maintaining and developing client and supplier relationships
- Researching venues, suppliers and contractors, negotiating prices and hire
- Managing all pre-event planning, e.g. organizing speakers and delegate packs
- Undertaking event marketing and liaising with sales and marketing teams to promote and sell the events
- Lead formal pre- and post-event meetings and as required to review/communicate group needs and
feedback (Banquet Event Order meeting, block review, etc.)
- Ability in supporting and Coordinating with the Sales and Marketing Function
- Strong sales driven in upsell products and services throughout the event process.
- Review Customers’ survey and initiate or recommend right actions and resolution to improve service
performance according to his/her evaluation of the issue and resolution.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Age not over 33 years with Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field
 2. Min 5 years’ experience in hotel sales and event management and at least 2 year in management with proven achievement preferably in five star hotels
 3. Requirement of excellent sales, negotiation, strong intrapersonal skills with effectively communicate strategies, ideas, results and analytics to all levels of internal team.
 4. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills, positive attitude and self-starting with commitment to achieve target
 5. Ability to work under own initiative with pro-active attitude, ability to use initiative and multi-task, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
 6. Fluent spoken and written English
 7. Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint/ Excel and Hotel program.
 8. Excellent time management and organizational skills
 9. Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
