To be responsible for Bancassurance business development with business partner through bank channels assigned.
Job Description:
• Responsible for Bancassurance business development with business partner through bank channels assigned.
• Accountable for sales figures and take necessary action plan in order to achieve business target assigned.
• To provide coaching, marketing support and service to bank channels assigned.
• Ensure bank channels well informed and followed the sales process guidelines.
• Competent and understand the market trend on business products.
• Conduct branch visits and provide training to staff and new recruits.
• Work closely and engage with bank channels by updating sales performance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Male or female with age between 23 – 40 years old. 2. Bachelor’s Degree in business related field or equivalent. 3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field and preferably with sales experience in insurance or financial institution. 4. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. 5. Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.

• Salary 20,000 - 40000 plus monthly Incentive.
