• Classify and analyze complaint cases.
• Contact with concerned department in handling complaint cases as appropriate and within timeline
• Handle and manage Company’s documents through E-smart ISO system and support user to create, revise and obsolete the document in the system.

1. Male/Female, Age 20-35 years. 2. High Vocational or Bachelor Degree in related field. 3. Experience in Admin or Operation at least 1-2 years. 4. Good English both written and Spoken. 5. Good interpersonal and communication skill, helpful.
