ลักษณะงาน 1. Support consultancy on both internal and external training and development courses.
2. Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
3. Provide the materials and training room for smoothly training
4. Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
5. Monitor employee performance and response to training
6. Support and mentor new employees
7. Manage training budgets
8. Other assignment as assignees by the superior.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource
2. At least 3 - 5years of experience in Training and Development or related function HR
3. Familiar with manufacturing environment
4. Maturity with Good human relationship and cooperation with all level
5. Good command of English
6. Work well under pressure
