ลักษณะงาน
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing personal and eventually managing a sales team.
· Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
· Coaching and maintaining client’s ability to sell our products. Current clients must be consistently looked after and monitored to ensure products are being properly sold.
· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
· Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Stocks must also properly be managed over ordering or under ordering is unacceptable.
· Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
· Constantly looking for exclusive clients who will exclusively us our products is key.
· Must be willing to travel to all major north Thai states to achieve sales potentials.
· Must be well knowledgeable in all company products.
· Must ensure all products are correctly presented by customers.
