ลักษณะงาน Report to: SVP – Finance and Accounting
Our client is on the process of listing its company to SET and is looking for an investor relation person to lead and set up the team.
Responsibilities:
• To provide accurate information of the company to shareholders, investors and financial analysts based on the guidelines and rules from SET and BOT.
• Prepare reports and documents to submit to BOT and SET.
• Supervise information with regards to investor relations on web site and other online media as well as answer on incoming inquiries from potential investors and analysts.
• Prepare information for shareholders and relevant reports.
• Manage and handle all activities for investors to visit and know more about company’s information and future.
• Work with internal parties especially corporate secretary, finance, legal and IT as well as external parties such as analysts and press.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Thai national.
2. Good command of English and Thai.
3. Presentable and extravert personality.
4. At least 3 years’ experience in investor relations role.
5. Strong in presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
6. At least Bachelor degree from leading universities in Laws, Economics or Finance is preferred.
