ลักษณะงาน
Job Purpose:
To set up e-commerce team achieving the target.
Responsibilities:
• Provide e-commerce strategy, plan and manage overall merchandising execution.
• Set KPI’s to deliver the online sales growth and achieve sales, margin etc.
• Budget forecasting and controlling.
• Source products for e-commerce market including social media channel.
• Develop the existing portfolio and identifying new online business opportunities.
• Drive revenue and profit of company’s product through online channel increasing.
• Manage and grow good relationship with key customer / business partner for developing new online business opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse department for stock inventory and order shipment matter.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor of Master degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or any related field. 2. At least 5 years’ online sales experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace, Retail or FMCG business. 3. 2 years’ experience in team management and coaching. 4. Well understanding and experience in E-commerce consumer retail environment is preferred. 5. Fluent in English and expert in computer operation, advance in Excel: Vlookup & PivotTable. 6. Good interpersonal skill with creative thinking and good strategic planning.
