ลักษณะงาน Scope:
Under the general guidance of the Group General Manager, and within established policies and
procedures, assesses, evaluates and meets the short and long-term needs of the hotel to ensure its
success. To oversee and direct the operation of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and
Engineering to ensure product quality standards are met and that outstanding service is provided to
guests according to the hotel and company business objectives.

Responsibility:
- Ensure optimal compliance with Brand standard
- Establishes and maintains effective internal communications including hotel managers and
center meetings to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity.
- Implementation of preventive maintenance / extra work programs and judicious planning and
management of FF&E, as directed
- Strong adaptability with focus on multicultural environment and multicultural teams
- Great team player, team builder and team motivator
- Able to lead motivate to move on the brand culture and service, with emphasis on brand
standard and customer experience
- Participate in community & professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote
positive image
