1. Finance, Account and Economic background is a must
2. MBA or Master management is a must and oversea graduated is a plus
3. Direct experience of 1. should be 7 years or above
4. Direct experience of project finance and banking process should be at least 4 years or above
5. Minimum experience of supervisory 3-5 years and managerial level (head of section or planner or senior economist) 3-5 years
6. English proficiency (TOEFL 550 or TOEIC>/=680 or IELT >/= 6.00) either score from the past or present is acceptable
