• Customer Relationship Management and channel sales management. Sell to and maintain contact with major accounts; promotes positive relations with outlets and distributors in up country. Establish and maintain on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
• Provides timely, accurate information on competitor pricing, activities & proactive strategy to react & response properly, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Plan, organize, and implement a range of sales promotion programs and/or events with customers in assigned area.
• Accountable for 24 months rolling demand forecasting in responsible areas
• Manage stock at point of sales to ensure product availability, varieties and FIFO arrangement
• Manage and supervises Dealer sales representative in creating new ideas to increase sales and expand new markets and new customers at least 2-3 new accounts on monthly basis in order to achieving and surpassing sales target.
• Keep Updating NSM on the movement or work progress by weekly and monthly report.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
• Performs job-related duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Male or Female, age 27-32 years old.
 2. Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
 3. At least 2 -3 years’ experience in Sales position, Trade marketing or food service business. Some experience in hospitality business would be an advantage.
 4. Be able to travel or based at upcountry (North East)
