1. Male,age over 35 years old.
2. Bachelors degree or higher in Finance,marketing,business administration or a related field or the equivalent in training and experience.
3. At least 8 years of experience in management, top level.
4. Excellecnt communication skill, presentation skill and proactive approach.
5. Good leadership and general business management skills.
6. Strong analytical and interpersonal skill.
7. Good Command in English (Japanese are Preferable)
