ลักษณะงาน
• Discussing project requirements and being able to advise the best solutions to the customers
• Issuing project specification and project timeline
• Analyzing requirements and creating work flow and diagram for the project if needed
• Managing users requirements and change requests
• Overseeing the test plan and process
• Gathering project information from the customer. Actively follow up to get all the materials needed for the projects
• Controlling the quality of the project. Filtering out any errors before they reach to the hands of the customers
• Managing the project with the team of programmers and designers
• Making sure the project is finished on time
• Issuing a manual to a customer
• Providing a training to a customer if required
• Working with Account Manager to support sales operation
• Identifying customer requirements and working with the development team to estimate resource and time needed for the project
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Degree in computer science or related fields
2. Proven records of customer relation management and project management
3. Familiar with project management tools such as JIRA and others
4. Good command of English
5. Good knowledge of web development, mobile and social media applications
