• Closely monitor credit portfolio in various aspects to ensure compliance to both regulatory policy and internal credit policy
• Proactively explore possible solution/new process to minimize breaches
• Work in a team member to drive changes in working process/work flow both internally and externally for higher efficiency
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or Finance, Economics or Statistics fields
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in Banking business related to Corporate/SME loan structuring or loan origination process
3. Good English communication and computer literacy skills
4. Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Access, VBA of SQL is a plus
5. Analytical & systematic thinking
6. Ability to work under pressure circumstance, challenging condition and changing environment
7. Self-motivated, drive to succeed, customer focus, analytical and control awareness
8. Excellent team work skill and can do attitude
