ลักษณะงาน
• Manage, coach, and monitor Easy Buddy in assigned cluster (25-30 persons) under Zone Manager management
• Drive and motivate team to reach team target and objective consistently
• Prepare rollout plan and send to Zone Manager for approval on monthly basis
• Align branch staff and Easy Buddy to help each other hand working together to create the good digital experience to customer
• Initiate localize below-the-line activities to boost up digital acquisition
• Coordinate and execute below-the-line activities both in branch and outside branches
• Prepare daily sale report and circulate to team
• Communicate products update to team
• Solve problems promptly and report to Zone Manager, when require
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or other related fields
2. Experience in people management, demonstrate team leader player skills with good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Able to multi-tasking and well organize with energetic and positive thinking
4. Able to travel to upcountry
5. Fast learner with problem analysis and solving skills
