Manage project goals, contribute to product strategy and help develop the team • Manage a team of software engineers, including task planning and code reviews • Hands on test, verify and audit code work prior to deployment • Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment • Recruit and develop talent within the team as required, identifying opportunities for professional growth and succession • Implement effective engineering processes and procedures, standards, best practices and policies for the team and company • Create and present team reports and analysis to executives in a meaningful way • Must effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with teams across the Company, including senior executives • Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects • Work closely with headquarters to ensure building best products • Manage scalability, growth and storage solutions, large-scale applications • Contribute to engineering and development tasks as needed
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related fields
2. Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, C#, HTML5, Flash, and Ruby on Rails is a plus
3. Familiar with data-driven product development (analytics, A/B testing)
4. 10+ years of experience as a software developer
5. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
6. Open to Western candidates under the right conditions
