บริษัท เอเลเฟนท์ฮิลส์ เป็นบริษัทนำทัวร์ท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติและรีสอร์ทแบบเต้นท์แค้มป์ โดยให้บริการแก่นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ (ยุโรป) ซึ่งการทุ่มเทและเอาใจใส่ ทำให้บริษัท ฯ เป็นที่รู้จักและยอมรับจากองค์กรภาครัฐและองค์กรนานาชาติต่างๆ มากมาย โดยถูกสร้างขึ้นที่ตำบลคลองศก อำเภอพนม จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ด้วยความตั้งใจให้เป็นแค้มป์ที่หรูหราแห่งแรกโดยได้ความคิดริเริ่มมาจากแค้มป์ภายในอุทยานแห่งชาติแอฟริกันมาผสมกับป่าดิบชื้นของประเทศไทย และด้วยประสบการณ์กว่า 20 ปีในด้านการท่องเที่ยวในเขตภาคใต้ของไทย จึงทำให้เกิดเป็นกิจกรรมมากมาย เช่น ล่องแคนู ส่องสัตว์และเดินป่า เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้เรายังได้จัดตั้งกองทุนเพื่อช่วยเหลือเด็กด้อยโอกาสในเขตเขาสก โดยปัจจุบันธุรกิจของบริษัท ฯ ได้เติบโตและขยายตัวเพิ่มมากขึ้นจึงทำให้เกิดเป็นสาขามากมายในประเทศไทย จนทำให้มีพนักงานในบริษัททั้งหมดเกือบ 300 คน ที่คอยปรับปรุงคุณภาพสินค้าและบริการอย่างต่อเนื่องควบคู่ไปกับความเอาใจใส่ลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการ
1. Support the development and implementation of HR systems.
2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
3. Be involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process.
4. Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
5. Review and update company rules comply with labour laws.
6. Assist in develop training and development programs.
7. Performs other Human Resource generalist duties as assigned.
8. Assist in performance management processes, support all assignments from HR Manager and GM.
9. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Female age 27 - 32 years.
2. Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
3. Have experience in HR at least 3 years.
4. Good English communication skills.
5. Good knowledge of labor laws.
6. The ability to work accurately with attention to details and work as team.
7. Ability to work under pressure.
8. Good personality and interpersonal skills.
9. Computer Skills (MS Office, Power Point, etc.)
