ลักษณะงาน RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate high impact engagements at all levels of Project Team and to manage the overall project planning, delivery and satisfaction. Develop productive relationships with agents/clients/stake holders, providing thought leadership and initiate business growth efforts.
• Generate discussions and project executions with the clients, and manage collaborative projects with local agencies/partners and global teams
• Manage the project organization and ensure with our regional teams to tailor solutions based on client’s requirements.
• Serve as an industry visionary to promote innovation and operational excellence support long-term business goals.
• Understand and escalate implementation issues in order to provide best practice recommendations for resolution.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with the agencies, and to ensure the deliveries and performance according to agreed KPI.
• Dealing with the aspects of all requirement and inquiries from clients and new prospects from the Sales and Marketing team.
• Visit the customer for briefing, and attending agent’s meeting, providing arrangement and summary, and feedback to all stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation.
• Developing and Presenting marketing campaign proposal to the clients, to ensures attainment of business goals, profitability and growth
• Support the clients in the development and implementation of marketing plans
• Manage campaign, Social Media tools, Project budget and analyze important data to achieve project KPI.
• Collected market insight and analysis in the market, and providing the update market information and insight to the regional team, in order to develop the business and marketing strategy for the local market
• Regularly cooperate with our partners in the ASEAN region to learn and develop the best practice and new business lead
• Promote StratAgile Brand and increase brand recognition in Thailand market
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. • Extensive enterprise business experience, deep understanding of industry best practices with a consultative approach.
 2. • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively lead the meeting, negotiation, and high powered workshops.
 3. • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal with an ability to effectively communicate and collaborate the cooperation between the local agents and regional stake holders, and evangelize key concepts and best practices.
 4. • Ability to collaborate with teams of all shapes and sizes, across many countries, while also being able to manage the local team to work independently as a self-starter on an as-needed basis.
