ลักษณะงาน
1. Update the list of businesses concerning law to be accessed
2. Draft and review contracts and import legal documents
3. Provide legal opinion and legal advice to support all other departments
4. Plan and recommend obtaining a license
5. Coaching and suggesting subordinate
6. Prepare minutes of meeting (section meeting, AGM, and BOD)
7. Collect and prepare the information in legal part to support the superior
8. Perform other duties as assigned by superior

2. Ages above 25-40 years old
3. Bachelor's degree in Law
4. At least 5 years in Legal Matter or Business Law
5. Have knowledge of legal issue mainly in manufacturing field**
6. Good communicate in English and Computer literacy.
