ลักษณะงาน • Lead & develop marketing strategy and drive growth
• Planning and implementing all marketing activities
• Create marketing campaigns
• Social media and Digital Marketing.
• Created marketing plans and target audiences using STP, SWOT, 4P, and marketing Funnel Planned media budget for online and offline channel
• Worked closely with Digital Marketing & CRM to create data-driven campaigns and promotions
• Measured digital KPIs for Facebook ads, Google AdWords, GDN, Tiktok, Line ads to make recommendations
• Initiated new communication marketing strategies to increase lead and revenues such as PR, billboards, booths, flyers, & etc.
• Conducted competitive analysis on overall campaigns, digital ads, offline ads, promotion and prices to improve.
• Manage & Coach marketing team.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร 1. Minimum of 7 years' experience in project marketing management for property development business..
2. Bachelor's degree and above in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills
4. Good knowledge of marketing tools and strategic planning for the business
