ลักษณะงาน - Manages and coaches the sales and marketing team with the propose of meeting sales targets and building strong brand equity and relationship with key accounts.
- Accountable in all customer proposals, quotations and important/official communication.
- To manage and drive the business independently with the aim to expand the market.
- Responsible in business solutions for contract logistics / warehousing business opportunity.
- To gather market competitor activities and identifying new business opportunity.
- Contributes in maintaining company profitability and market standing through generating of accounts and expansion of business.
- Assisting in trainings, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative.
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets assigned for the sector in warehouse unit.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Proven sales track record in the freight and logistics industry. Particularly contract in logistics / warehousing
 2. At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in Logistics Service Provider environment would be preferred.
 3. Excellent and strong communication skill, spoken and written in English.
 4. Excellent in selling and negotiation skill.
 5. Good leadership and interpersonal skill.
 6. Analytic and able to judge and make independent decisions.
 7. Good computer proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
