ลักษณะงาน Job Description
-Manage an end-to-end customer service operation.
-Ensure that the operation team are working effectively and follow all service processes when handling customers.
-Coach and monitor management team and Agent’s performance according to established monitoring standards.
-Communicate with agents to provide essential information (product & knowledge) Guideline & recommend work process and resolve the problem for smoothly working.
-Control & manage overall agent performance.
-Research, follow-up, and develop new knowledge to develop working processes for more efficient.
-Prepare weekly and monthly operation reports presenting to the clients.
-Other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Requirement -Any gender, age between 25 - 30 years -Bachelor degree in any related field. -At least 2 year of working experience in Team leader / Senior call center or customer service. -Have experience from IT , Network company or related. -Can Communication in English. -Good command in computer skill. -Leadership skills and a good team player.
