ลักษณะงาน Job Description
• Conduct research and analysis to understand clients' business objectives, target customers, and industry trends
• Develop strategic plans for clients' digital media campaigns, including defining goals, target audiences, and media tactics
• Research and analyze competitors' media usage and strategy to identify competitive opportunities and insights for clients
• Manage budgets for clients' digital media campaigns, and monitor costs to ensure that campaigns are executed within budget
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and account management teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
• Collaborate with the media buying team to ensure that media plans are feasible and are executed on time and within budget
• Evaluate campaign performance using relevant metrics, identify potential problems, and deliver strategic solutions as needed to ensure that campaigns are executed successfully and meet clients' objectives.
• Collaborate with other agencies as a partner to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively
• Stay up-to-date on emerging digital media trends and platforms to ensure that clients' campaigns remain relevant and effective
• Present strategic plans and campaign performance to clients and other stakeholders
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Requirement • Bachelor's degree in any fields • 2-5 years of experience in strategic planning, digital media planning, or related fields • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to create compelling and effective presentations in English • Skilled in Apple Keynote to create outstanding presentations. • Can communicate in English • The ability to present strategic plans and campaign performance in English is a plus • In-depth understanding of biddable media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Google, LINE, and other platforms popular in Thailand • Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics • Strong decision-making skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and other agencies • Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital media campaigns • Experience working with clients in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus
