Job Description
1. Supervise and control renewal team to renew existing accounts and handle day to day operation smoothly including monitor claim.
2. Manage bidding cases of existing accounts to renew.
3. Monitor commission of each account (try not to reduce).
4. Manage subordinates to visit customers and visit customers with subordinate
5. Expand other class of insurance and try to enhance revenue of existing accounts
6. Handle some of existing accounts
7. Create new project or support in project development.
8. Making report (income, expenses, etc.)
9. Any other assigned job by manager or management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Requirement 1. Good in English skills for speaking, reading and writing (required) 2. Experienced in working in Non-Life insurance field at least 7 - 10 years (preferable for insurance field). Experienced in working with insurance company or insurance broker company is preferable. 3. Graduated in bachelor degree in any fields (preferable for marketing or insurance field). 4. Good typing skills for both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel, Word, Power point. 5. Very careful and can work in detail job. 6. Good characteristic, serviced mind, good attitude, tolerant and careful job with accuracy. 7. Age not more than 40 years old.
