ลักษณะงาน Job Description
- Coordinate with authority and agencies of license registration and renewal in raw
material and finish goods, hazardous substances, and health, environmental and
safety.
- Responsible in renewal of company car insurance &amp; motor vehicle act, cargo &amp;
shipping insurance, corporate taxes (land and sign taxes)
- Take care of the maintenance of the company's cars, manage general waste,
including selling disposable (scrap)
- Supervise gardeners and maids in cleaning the building, the area around the office
and the common areas, lawns, trees and all roads in the company, canteen, or minor
maintenance that is under the responsibility of the Human resources department.
- Control and supervise of security guard and in charge of office work station (desk &amp;
chair) and office equipment and stationary.
- Control money for meal in canteen and proceed expense claim in the human
resources department.
- Assist in company event, CSR and local authority visit and audit.
- Handle ad hoc. assignment related to HR administration.
- Report to HR and Admin manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent - 1-5 year experience in HR Administration. - Have working experience in coordination with authority and agency in license registration and renewal, preferred in Chemical or Petrochemical industries - Knowledge of license in in raw material and finish goods, hazardous substances, and health, environmental and safety - Good command in English at a functional level - Can drive a car, can use MS Office very well
