ลักษณะงาน 1. Resourcing:
Select the most cost-efficient sourcing options, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment for Buymed.
Use different sourcing channels to fill roles.
Spam & seeding recruitment advertisements daily through all online channels (Facebook, website…) to enhance talent pipeline.
Join in developing and implementing Buymed’s strategic work culture and values.
Prepare, and compose content for online ads on social media, newspapers, e-news, websites, social pages, partner’s fan pages, professional clubs, vocational schools.

2. Talent Aquisition:
Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Assist with onboarding to offboarding process.


3. Data Management:
Ensure that employee information is constantly updated.
Enforcing HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them.
Training employees on the usage of our HRIS system - BambooHR
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
 2. Proven 2-3 years of working experience as a Recruiter (either in-house recruiter or staffing firm).
 3. Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
 4. Hands-on experience with recruiting software is a plus.
 5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 6. Interested in working in a fast-paced environment.
 7. Good command of English.
