ลักษณะงาน
• Prepare related documents for invoicing i.e.. Customer's commercial invoice and packing list, B/L document, Booking confirmation, Import entry document, Form E, Form D, Receipts and etc. and ensure the accuracy of all documents.
• Scan and issue invoice to customer via electronic channel (email, customer platform, etc.)
• Deliver the original invoices with the relevant documents to customer's factory and inform the customer accordingly to prevent documents missing.
• Prepare monthly invoice summary report as per customer's need.
• Ensure no outstanding shipments that are not invoiced to the customers in the systems.
• Ensure complete payment within the agreed credit term.
• Follow up with customers on payments collection and take appropriate action for overdue balances.
• Resolve, discrepancies and other issues that are causing a delay in collections.
• Accurate and timely processing of collections, transaction recording and preparation of associated paperwork.
• Process cost entering (from suppliers) into FWD system.
• Ensure costs received from supplier are accurate and resolve any issue that may arise regarding the receipts or related documents.
• Prepare copies of invoices to the accounting office every end of the month.
• Process deposit refund.
• Liase with related documents regarding any issues that may arise.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

1. 1. Age 22 years old and above. 5. Experience in USA shipment is an advantage. And have experience submit AMS, ACI, ISF5, ISF10, Trancon , submit si. 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Good command of spoken and written English. 8. Good working knowledge of import and export logistics with the ability to quickly learn. 2. 2. Bachelor degree in Logistics or any related field 3. 3. Have experience of Customer Service Freight / Logistics. 4. 4. Experience in Freight / Logistics company is an advantage. 5. 5. Have experience submit AMS, ACI, ISF5, ISF10, Trancon , submit si. is an advantage 6. 6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 7. 7. Good command of spoken and written English. 8. 8.
