Job Description
1. Provide personalized assistance to customers, helping them choose the right furniture and accessories to suit their home.
2. Demonstrate product features and characteristics, explaining design details and benefits.
3. Understand customers' needs and preferences, recommending products that align with their requirements to close sales.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and help meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Forecast and Analysis problem to find out the best solution for Client.
6. Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation to payment collection, and coordinate delivery schedules.
7.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
8.Prepareproject quotations, cost estimates, and presentations that align with client requirements and company standards.
9. Develop and execute project sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets within the within the furniture sectors.
10. Manage end-to-end project sales process - from initial contact, proposal presentation, and negotiation to closing and post-sales service.
11. Identify and approach potential clients, such as architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and corporate buyers.
Requirement
1. A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field is preferred.
2. Relevant experience in these fields without formal qualifications will also be considered.
3. Prior experience in the furniture, home décor, or retail industry is an advantage (5 years preferred).
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Availability to work on weekends (4 days off per month).
8. Have your own car and have a driver's license.
