• Develop accurate and efficient programs as per direct supervisor instruction or
project requirement by utilizing current knowledge of standard language, coding
methods, and operations requirements.
• Achieve operational objectives by making sure that the software is delivered with
the best quality, meet all the requirements, and within the reasonable timeline.
Support integration/production incident investigation with timely resolution
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good
practices, habits, and make sure that the standards and practices that have been set
are followed by the team
• Work closely with Product Owner and Application Designer to clearly understand
the requirement and can identify what need to be developed and improved.
Participate in planning sessions to provide accurate estimation of the requirements
provided
• Coach junior software engineer and the engineering development department
personnel in the workings of reusable tools and patterns, for example, reusable code
• Keep up with industry best practices and trends. Conduct research, tests, and
implements new technique that can be reused and applied to any site/software
development project
• Thoroughly tests the operation of completed programs and linkage to other
programs.

1. Bachelor or Master Degree of computer science, computer engineer, or a relevant field 2. 4-8 years (Senior), 1-3 years (Junior)of experience in software development using Java 3. Knowledge of web service and its related technologies, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON 4. Experience in using Spring framework for building web services (Spring Boot) 5. Experience in working with SQL Database (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL), can write effective SQL statements 6. Experience in using or building CI/CD workflow and using Git as source code version management tool 7. Experience in mobile and web development is a plus (Flutter, iOS, Android, HTML5, CSS, Angular, e.g.) 8. Good command of English both written and spoken
